RULES FOR USING GIFT CERTIFICATES
- A Marso Polo Restaurant gift card is a plastic card of a certain denomination certifying the owner’s right to purchase restaurant services once for an amount equivalent to the nominal value of the gift card during its validity period.
- The gift card can be purchased directly at the Marso Polo Restaurant.
- The validity period of the Gift Card is 3 (three) months starting from the next day after its purchase.
- The gift card has a unique number and can only be used in the restaurant where it was purchased. After use, the Gift Card is not returned to the bearer.
- The gift card is purchased for cash or non-cash payment, bank cards of the main payment systems are also accepted for payment. Payment is made in rubles in the amount of the nominal value of the gift card.
- The gift card is not registered and can be transferred by the buyer to another person.
- The nominal value of the Gift Card (the amount of the prepayment made) is used when presenting the Gift Card in the restaurant at the same time and in full:
— if the amount of the restaurant bill is less than the nominal value of the Gift Card, the difference is not paid to the owner of the Gift Card;
— if the amount of the restaurant bill is higher than the nominal value of the Gift Card, the difference is paid by the owner of the Gift Card in cash or by bank card.
It is allowed to add up several Gift Cards. - Restaurant services purchased using a Gift Card are subject to discounts valid at the restaurant at the time of presentation of the Gift Card.
- The gift card is not subject to refund, exchange for cash or for gift cards of a lower denomination, except in cases expressly provided for by applicable law.
- In case of loss, theft or mechanical damage, the Gift Card cannot be restored and its nominal value is not paid.
- Gift cards with signs of damage and/or forgery are not accepted.
- The gift card is a public offer. The purchase of a Gift Card indicates the acquiescence of the acquirer with these rules.
