Nikita is a young chef from Saint Petersburg. He trained as a food technologist, but during internships in restaurants and hotels, he realized that working in the kitchen attracted him much more.
He began his professional journey in 2012 under the mentorship of Dmitry Blinov at the restaurant Gastronom. Later, he gained experience working at Terrassa and Probka. He also spent several months working in a bakery production facility.
Nikita has extensive international experience as well. He studied in the United States and completed an internship in Mexico at Pujol (ranked 16th in the 2022 World’s 50 Best Restaurants). He also worked in Dubai at a restaurant within the Four Seasons hotel.
Nikita joined Antonio’s team long ago — they previously worked together at Jerome and Saviv. Later, he helped open Sea, Signora, where he held the position of sous-chef.
Today, Nikita leads the kitchen at Marso Polo.
